The room was small but adequate and it was what we booked so no surprises. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We were able to open the windows to get fresh air since the AC was still not turned on. The breakfast was very good. It had a good selection of healthy options and they also made omelettes on request. Everyone from the front desk to the kitchen were very nice and that truly made for a pleasant experience.

We were here for a two week stay and I’m happy to say it’s a terrific little hotel in a prime location; short walk to the subway, with restaurants, bars and shops right outside your door. The rooms are modern, comfortable…and quiet! - this despite its location. The TV speaks English (important for us Americans), the bathroom shower is easy to use and has great water pressure. And the staff is outstanding! Highly recommend.

Lovely modern room. Cleaning available as needed. Breakfast server was working very hard, but not getting much help on some days. It was a very busy place and there needs to be a second person with him at busy times (especially given he had to wash his own dishes). Despite being very busy he remained very calm and polite. Having worked in the hospitality industry for many years, I am confident saying it was too much for him alone to manage.

We did not have breakfast at the hotel because there were so many other dining options in the area. Aside from not getting 2 separate beds in our room, the hotel is clean and the staff is so nice and professional. The hotel is so convenient to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. I will definitely stay there again when i return to Lisbon.

The breakfast was not free, although reasonable for what they served. The safe did not work for some of us and did not get fixed. I was a little ticked that although my friends and I paid the same price and booked on the same day, they got much better room with two balconies while we were facing a wall outside.

Absolutely adored this hotel! The staff was so friendly and our room was very clean and comfy. Loved our balcony as well! The hotel is in a very convenient location and not far from several stores and restaurants.
