You need to stay here!

Our hosts has fantastic communication. It was simple to find and so cute! The space was plenty, great amenities, clean and quiet. The fan gave plenty of cooling. Our hosts spent time giving us tips on where to go. There were so many details that they included. The added breakfast was delicious! The home has granola, cookies, tea and coffee for anytime. Great place! Would highly recommend staying here!

Great boutique stay with the sweetest of personal touches. Not quite walking distance from the main center where most tourist attractions are but it is walkable (about 7 min) to a metro station and from there it’s about a 15 min train ride to the main city center.

Perfect.

I wanted a stop over before continuing my journey by coach. Tiago, Rita & their adorable baby were there to welcome me. The hotel is 4 minutes from the bus station & other attractions, perfect. Lovely, clean & spacious, tastefully decorated with a little patio. Breakfast voucher for a very nice cafe near by. Cafes near for evening meal. I was especially impressed as Tiago & Rita have only been doing this for a few months. The shuttle service was not available this time but Rita was happy to order me a cab for the following morning to take me to the station. I would not hesitate in recommending the Alma Nossa Guest House and would stay there again if I need a stop over. Many thanks and good luck with your venture. x

Very clean and stylish. Enjoyed the space. The owners are very helpful, going above and beyond. Near to the metro, so getting around is easy. Breakfast is also situated in a lovely cafe.

まず，チェックイン方法を知らされておらず，偶然通りかかった他のゲストに入り口を開けてもらって入った．オーナーは常駐しておらず，「おもてなし」感はほぼゼロ．トイレやお風呂などは数部屋で共同で，かつ，部屋では飲食すらできない．あちこちに，「綺麗につかえ」「これは使うな」「電気を消せ」「水を無駄にするな」と中学校の合宿所みたいでした．1泊8600円くらいでしたが，あちらで税金やクリーニング代などで2000円弱徴収（置いていけという感じ）されるので，結局10000円を超える宿泊代なのに，本当にくつろげませんでした． また，朝食は外のカフェのバウチャーが置いてありましたが，日曜日は営業すらしておらず，結局食べられませんでした．他のゲストも困っていました． また，夜中でも定期的に部屋についているアロマ付き消臭スプレーが自動で騒々しく発射され，その度に目が覚めてしまいました． 正直に言えば，日本人でこの値段を出してここに泊まって満足できる人は皆無でしょう．あえていえば，お部屋は写真の通り一見いい感じですが，見えないところに禁止の張り紙がしてあるので，本当に不快だし，調度品もみんなIKEAなのがバレバレです．写真はよく撮れているなと関心します．

Ce n est pas un hôtel mais une pension de 6 chambres avec un toilette et une s d b ce qui ne justifie pas le PRIX et nous sommes partis après la première nuit De plus pour le petit déjeuner il faut aller ailleurs et il ne sont pas aimable du tout Très très mauvais séjour Cordialement

Appena terminata questa esperienza non possiamo non condividere la mancata soddisfazione delle nostre aspettative. Avevamo visto le ottime recensioni che ci hanno spinto a questa scelta. Aspetti positivi: cameretta di design ma con scarsa comodita' e app che ci ha permesso di accedere in autonomia alle ore 23. Per il resto: un solo tavolino e lontano dal letto. Rumore molto forte per il passaggio di aerei che non abbiamo potuto evitare perché molto caldo(niente aria condizionata) e abbiamo dovuto tenere la porta aperta su un terrazzino trascurato. Ma la cosa più deludente il bagno in comune (pulito ma mai come un bagno privato) e la colazione con voucher da consumare fuori in un bar designato. Se scelgo albergo con colazione inclusa voglio farla nello stesso edificio e non fuori! Questa è una informazione che deve essere specificata! E poi, colazione con specialità locali? Assolutamente non vero: croissant dolce o salato, caffè latte e succo di arancio, quindi colazione normalissima! E infine, fatta la prenotazione arriva pop up che la prenotazione include tutti i costi! Non vero: ci sono state chieste le tasse di soggiorno e 4 euro per la pulizia della camera! Da quando in qua vengo chiesti i costi per la pulizia? Non ripeteremo questa esperienza.

Appartement conforme au niveau du cadre et de l'équipement par contre gros problème d'insonorisation les avions sur notre tête jour et nuit sont une énorme source de nuisance on ne peut pas dormir ou il faut prévoir des bouchons pour oreilles petit déjeuner dans une sorte de point chaud correct sauf gros bémol pour le dimanche le dernier point où l'on devait déjeuner était fermé et nous avions régler les nuits et déjeuners par contre des hôtes accueillants
