The room is clean and cute! The hotel lobby is decorated really nice and the staff is very friendly. I had an issue with no hot water when we arrived and they sent out teh maitenance man pretty quickly and he got us hot water pretty quick. My sister and i feel safe there and enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub.

The view is pretty amazing. All the reviews about bugs and being dirty and ran down really had me worried. My room was great! Really clean, comfy bed and no issues with the fireplace. The people that complained about bird poo on the balcony realize that it is an oceanfront property, right? It wasn’t excessive in my opinion. The balcony was pretty sturdy and did not raise alarm. Check in and check out was a breeze with both staff members being friendly and helpful. This review is based on a room on the top floor. I’d come back.

The staff was friendly and the location was good. We enjoyed the warm indoor swimming pool, hot tub and game room. We wished the steam room and sauna worked and noticed the guest laundry room was closed as well. We did not eat at the restaurant but will next time. The rooms were nice and clean and we loved the beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony. We also liked that our 2 queen bed room with fireplace also had a microwave and a mini fridge.
