JUST AWFUL

I didn’t get the room till 4:30 Door was very squeaky Very dusty, the hot tub stopper wasn’t working there was no AC unit in my room but a stand fan Over all I WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE EVER AGAIN OR RECCOMEND TO ANYONE.

The ocean view is the only thing that made the stay somewhat enjoyable. Cleaning crew did not clean much of anything and room smelled like a gym. Hot tub was cloudy and barely warm at best.

I’ve stayed here many times and I have never had a bad experience. We always have a great time!! My son loves the pool and our room had a beautiful view of the ocean. Rooms are always clean and staff friendly and happy to accommodate. Very affordable as well! We will be back!

Our room had a gas fireplace, that was so nice & we could hear the ocean waves. The price for a room with an ocean veiw was very affordable. The hot tub with the panoramic veiw, breath taking...I whole heartily recommend you to visit!

The hotel looks like it might be in the middle of changing hands. It was semi clean in our room. The tub hadn’t been cleaned out (soap from a previous guest was in shower). The bed closest to the window didn’t have a fitted sheet on it. It was missing that. The hotel was very quiet and safe. What they lack in cleanliness they make up for with their extra friendly staff who corrected issues and apologized for the bathroom. The view was also pretty spectacular. It faced the ocean. We did not use the hot tub or pool but it looked nice. We were too busy doing other activities. I would stay at this resort again to give it another chance. The price of the room was great.

I don't believe our room was cleaned. The towels smelled like wet dog. The sliding door was left open. The carpet was soiled. I did not walk barefooted in the room. One star only because of view and nice staff. Otherwise, it was not worth the money!

We got there and they said room is not ready. When they said it was ready the bed was not clean at all. There’s sands on the bed. Pillow covers was not clean. We have to ask for a new sheets and pillow case and we have to change it ourselves.

New Ownership is NOT for the Better

Pros: Two ladies at the front desk, Alex and Michelle, are wonderful! A++ They work hard and know their jobs well. Beach access is right outside the hotel. The beds were comfortable and clean. Cons: Pool and hot tub were closed all 4 days of our stay. (Though I heard they opened the day we left) New ownership in this case means NO BREAKFAST is served. The WiFi was down for the first 2 days of out visit. The condition of the room is poor, mostly due to age. Our view was blurred due to very dirty windows. (While we realize the weather at the coast makes it hard to keep the outsides of the windows clean, when you pay for an ocean view it would be nice to see it clearly.) The "daily room service" did not make it to our rooms once in the 4 days we stayed there. (Even after I requested a cleaning of our room.) While the top of the stairs to the beach access is right outside the hotel, there are over 150 steps down to the beach. That was unexpected There were a few specific things we looked for in the hotel when planning our family vacation: Great breakfast, Swimming pool and hot tub, easy beach access, and (thought this seems a given) free WiFi. It was SO DISAPPOINTING to get NONE of them. And to not be informed until we were checking in. And to be offered no compensation other than the apologetic looks from the ladies at the front desk. It is only for the sake of their jobs that I hope this hotel pulls through and gets better. We will not be staying here again.

When booking the room we were told check in was at 3pm. However upon arrival we were told it was 4pm. Several other disgruntled people were also turned away. Parking was terrible. Room is good sized and somewhat updated, although the purple carpet was definitely not new. For the price, probably won’t stay here again.

This hotel is aging.One set of steps were seriously cracked. The second story landing in my unit was severly cracked. The coffee maker did not work. there was no clock in the room.

I ordered this hotel room because of the pool and hot tub and it was closed when we came due to something being broken. For a room so expensive totally not worth it. Also there was left over food in the fridge when we came in. Honestly just felt dirty in the room wouldn’t come back. Upset facilities were closed and that’s why I ordered this hotel
