leather Chairs had rips in two of them. Blinds didnt work and one was broken. Dead bugs squished on wall and ceiling -no door screens and no see ems- or mesquites were everywhere. possible bed bug in linen. windows need replaced - balcony was not swept clean. the view was incredible and the Staff was great.

Amazing and friendly staff. Suite had a gorgeous view. Excellent beach access. Working pool and hot tub. Our only concern is the significant disrepair the property is in. We had a window that would not seal and lock due to the degree of water damage in the pane and down the wall. The pool and hot tub has tiles falling off all over the place with torn cover. The hot water took roughly 7 minutes to surface in the unit which was fine but seemed very wasteful. Would stay again but recommend the owner invest in repair work before these units aren’t usable.

No breakfast. Coffee was ok, only had coffee mate creamers, no half and half. Stay was nice, we stayed down the road in an ocean front room. Had a hot tub in the room whixh was nice but it is surrounde by carpet which is weird and outdated. Fireplace didnt work. Balacony had a great veiw of the ocean. Small kitchenette which was convenient. Would definitely stay here again if the price was the same. Paid about 116 in December.

Got a non-ocean view room. Room was spacious and clean. The windows were opened when we arrived (late-Nov) so it was a little musty from the ocean. The beds were comfortable and easy access to the beach.

Location of ‘cabin’ - on small parking lot between back door of office & laundry room - not very private, fair amount of laundry traffic, people hanging around etc. Also, in need of upkeep/better cleaning - some things broken: blinds (esp. in bedroom), toaster.

The front desk staff was great, really friendly and informative. However... The room was old and dingy. Stains all over the carpet, musty smell, bathroom tub had mold or mildew around the edges. The view from the room was nice but this motel needs some serious updating.

The people above our room wouldn’t keep their kids from roller blading through the hallway, then after dark, the kids took the roller blades inside amd used them u til well after 2am. We called the front desk but no answer. We even talked to the people above us and they didn’t seem to care about our wishes for a comfortable stay.
