Nestled between the forest and the ocean, this enchanting retreat offers breathtaking views from every room. This exceptional brand new home not only boasts an ideal location but also provides top-notch amenities. Meticulously designed to cater to your every need, it offers a space for pure relaxation and enjoyment. Drawing inspiration from luxurious beach living, the Sea Salt Forest spans 2800 sq ft across four levels and comfortably accommodates 16+ guests (please note that we adhere to Lincoln City regulations and cannot host groups larger than 16).

Spread across three levels, the house features five bedrooms, each designed to ensure a comfortable sleep for all guests:

Tropical Room: Located on the main level, this master suite offers a king bed and en suite bathroom, providing stunning views of the ocean and the forest.

Ocean Room: Situated on the second level, this bedroom includes a king bed and a single sleeper sofa, offering a picturesque ocean view.

Garden Room: On the second level, this bedroom features a king bed and a single sleeper sofa, complete with a delightful ocean view.

Forest Room: On the second level, this room features a queen bunk bed, and double + twin trundle bed. Windows overlook the back yard with stunning views into the serene forest.

Top Level Game and Media Room: Equipped with a pull-out sofa bed (double), this versatile space serves as an entertainment area for your enjoyment.

Captains Room: Located on the top level, this cozy bedroom features a full-size bed with a prime ocean view.

In addition to the indoor amenities, the Sea Salt Forest offers a garage transformed into your own little arcade at the beach, complete with air hockey, foosball, basketball, TV, sound system, and heaters.

When it comes to outdoor amenities, you are spoiled for choice. Relax in the cedar barrel sauna, indulge in the jacuzzi, or gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings. Moreover, the backyard features a path leading you straight into a charming walking trail in the forest, perfect for leisurely strolls and immersing yourself in nature's beauty.
Guest access:
For our guests convenience, we have a keyless electronic lock system. Guests will be given time sensitive access codes during their stay.

The neighborhood:
Located in a coastal residential zone near Olivia Beach, with the forest to the east, and ocean views to the west. Enjoy the abundance of outdoor space as one of the true amenities of this home. Quiet neighborhood that is a quick walk or drive to beach access.
Getting around:
Perched just outside of the Olivia Beach community, you’ll have the best of Oregon’s coast right at your doorstep! With three beach access points just minutes away, you can walk or drive to the stunning oceanfront and begin your next nautical excursion; 10 min walk or 2 min drive to a nestled beach access. The tide pools are the best on the central coast, and agates are popular finds on Olivia Beach. There is also a nice forest hike just steps away from the backyard of the Sea Salt Forest, in the Agnes Creek Open Space (easy to enjoy a short hike).

Indulge in the joy of cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals while enjoying an ocean view. Gather around the handcrafted wood dining table that comfortably seats 6-8 people. Need additional seating? No problem! There's an extra collapsible wooden table and folding chairs conveniently stored in the closet, allowing you to accommodate up to 16 guests. Stay entertained and connected with the entertainment system, Smart TV, Netflix, and Wi-Fi available during your retreat.

Immerse yourself in the tranquil ambiance of the secluded forest that envelops the Sea Salt Forest. Unwind and relax in the private jacuzzi, letting the soothing surroundings rejuvenate your senses. For those who love outdoor cooking, a gas BBQ is provided for your grilling pleasure. And on clear nights, be prepared to be amazed by the breathtaking starry sky, creating a truly memorable beach experience.
