Got hurt bad staying here and all they said is ill

I stepped out of the shower. 2 of the tiles came out from under me. I fell hit my head and my back very poor condition of tiles.

Nice dog friendly place.

The room was clean and nice for what we needed. Loved that dogs are welcome. They had a little grass area with poop bags for dogs to go potty and poop. That wasn’t as maintained as I would have hoped as my pup and I had to watch where we stepped as there was poop that was not cleaned up and the bin for the poop bags was not emptied it was over flowing. But other wise great place to stay with a dog.

We were thankful we got a late check out at no charge, but our room had stains on the carpet and the inside of the elevator that was closest to the front desk was dirty. it looked like something was spilled on the inside door and not wiped and the floor was also dirty.

I went to Lincoln City for 4 nights, i used the pool and Jacuzzi every nite, great!! Hotel is close to everything, beach across the street, restaurants close. Breakfast had some fair options. Good staff, alwsys helpful.

The room was so comfortable. The bed was amazing. The staff were so friendly. The breakfast was also good. Will definitely stay there again.

Creaky floors

Ok for the price but floors were creaky and could hear the floor above and the pool below and sounded like water running between the walls when the room upstairs would flush to toilet. Also, every room was booked and there was not enough parking for larger vehicles. Staff was friendly and helpful.
