There was a homeless man digging out of the dumpster that was only about 30 feet from the entrance. The manager was incredibly rude on multiple occasions. A pipe burst underneath our room so we had no water for two hours and there was a really loud saw running. There was no compensation for any of it.

Ch CK in went smoothly, the front desk staff was very nice and professional. Walked in to our room and it was spotless. Beds are super comfy. The pool area was great! Kids really enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was amazing, many options. Check out was quick as well.

Adequate and clean, just not spectacular.

I wanted this trip to be spectacular and paid $257 a night but it just didn’t feel spectacular. The hotel is 3 stories and there is one small, slow, elevator. Breakfast was adequate but things ran out and they didn’t refill things quickly. The pool was nice for my kids and the hot tub was nice too. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom is small but the shower was nice with good water pressure and lots of hot water.
