Some Best Westerns are nice, some, not as nice. This one lacked updating and the beds seemed very used and uncomfortable. With the rates they charge, I expect to at least get a comfortable nights sleep.

Nice Hotel.
Nice hotel, not on the water and that was fine with us. Our Family rented a House on water so we spent all day there. My only complaint is the bathroom. I am 6’2” tall and the toilet is so low, I felt like I was sitting on the floor. They need to upgrade to newer higher ones. Other than that, everything was fine.

Bad service.
The hot tub was not working and we were not notified about it. We went specifically for this. It’s terrible that part of things are not working but we pay full price. The hotels should let guests know so that we can book somewhere else. Never going back there. The receptionist talked like a robot. Has no emotion or empathy. I did not like her mannerism.
