The room was adequate. The bed was soft but as soon as one sat on in a solid base could be felt. In the end we didnt stay after the event in Lewes. Not the pubs fault just we wanted to go home

There was a dead fly on the tea tray, and the bathroom needed a "proper" clean (taps and under toilet seat)....that apart....the bed was very comfortablecomfortable

Night door for b&b rather unsafe. Pillows lumpy. Continental breakfast in a brown bag left outside the room door about 2130hrs. 2plastic wrapped danish pastries, a clementine or something, carton of apple juice, carton of jam and a Rice Krispies bar! Not forgetting the wooden knife! V poor…..chef not in or something? Noisy from an extractor outside and shower went freezing cold before I’d finished.

Had a brilliant stay at The Blacksmiths Arms! 🏡 From start to finish, the team were so welcoming, and the evening meal was absolutely superb. The room was spotless, comfortable, and I had a really good night’s sleep. The complimentary breakfast was lovely — I was very tempted by the cooked option, but time wasn’t on my side this morning! ⏰🍳 As a solo female traveller with a dog, this has been one of my best stays yet. Highly recommend. 🐾💛

The room was small but clean and comfortable enough, the bathroom in particular was tiny but functional. Food was good, pub grub but well prepared and tasty, and the beer was good too. Was a good stop for the one night I needed.

Great little find

yes it was a lovely . we had a nice meal on friday night. the staff was very friendly, and the room nice and clean couldnt ask for a better place to stay , unfortunate we had to leave on the Saturday morning because of family ploblems back in Norwich , we were looking forward to staying till the morning morning . we will be back .

I almost dont want to wrkte a review as it will get booked , but this little.gem was fabulous. Great.hosts lovely evening menu the chilli was amazing. The continental breakfast is cute and coffee is large and strong and hot. Super comfy beds and pligs that make sense Parking was accesible Room is gorgeous and really.spacious and comfy Honestly cant rate highly enough Enjoyed it and didnt want to leave
