Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The interesting thing about this hotel is that it is aesthetically beautiful inside but functionally it is horrible. The bathroom in particular was insane - a tiny piece of glass for a barrier between the shower and the rest of the bathroom and the shower head not properly affixed so the water sprays directly into the main space the entire time. The room was soaking wet. We feel quite bad for the cleaning crew. And they give us multiple towels but exactly one hook. Where am I to place my towel? On the soaking wet sink? The even worse floor? There’s no mini fridge which was a surprise. We wanted to use the stairs instead of the elevator and there were no lights in the stairwell which felt quite ominous. And the view out the window was nothing to recommend. But the location is handy enough. Luckily we were only there one night. Oh also I waited for an hour in line to check in which was not terribly fun. The lineup seemed that long much of the time we were there.
