Beautiful place. Large bed room, large bathroom and lovely bed. Very tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Friendly staff and very helpful Breakfast room is lovely with a very pretty conservatory area. Great selection for breakfast. Decent setting and easily walkable into town. (Brighton has lots of pubs and shops). Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay, hope to return

We stayed for 2 nights over a weekend. The hotel is ideally placed, gave great service and was comfortable. Our room had a lovely balcony, air conditioning and a super kingsized bed. You have to find your own parking but once parked with vouchers purchased from the hotel, we did not need our car until we were leaving. Would recommend and hope to return in the future.

Very nice property. The staff is very warm and friendly. The room was very spacious and clean. We were disappointed with the view from the room. We were in an ocean view room. However, the hotel is approx. 1/4 mile from the ocean and faces directly to a building across the street. The only way to really see the ocean is to stand at the window and turn sideways. There was also no information regarding the hot tub and if this were part of the spa.

It’s a charm!

The hotel is situated in a great location, a stone’s throw from the sea front, and the bustling bars, and restaurants on St James Street. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom had a very a nice shower. I would like to extend a big thank you to Christian, an excellent front desk employee with great customer service, very helpful, and kind. I even managed to practise my Italian with him. Also I would like to thank Kristina, one of the managers whom I spoke with before my trip, again a very warm and helpful person.

Great location and excellent hotel

We stayed 3 nights and found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room; a luxury double was clean and the bed lovely and comfortable. We only had breakfast one day but there was a good choice and nice quality sausage and bacon. We would definitely go back.

A lovely stay at the Charm Hotel. Very friendly receptionists who were more than happy to help with parking, bags, and any other issues. The room was big, comfy, and very clean. Could have done with two bottles of water in the room rather than one maybe, but I’m nit picking!! We would definitely come back when visiting Brighton, the location is brilliant and a short walk from all the best bits! Thank you for a great stay
