Our villa is in a discrete lane of Seminyak- Legian, about 800 meters from the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants of the famous Jalan Legian.

On a plot of 5 acres, this contemporary style villa offers three beautiful bedrooms spread over 270m2 habitable.

The main living room of approximately 85m2 opens onto the swimming pool and the garden, it includes a living area, a TV lounge area, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.

The 11-metre infinity pool is decorated with a teak deck and sunbeds.

The 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned and each have a king size bed, plasma screen cable TV, fan, large dressings, safe and ensuite bathroom.

The master bedroom measures 35 m2, it has large bay windows which overlook the lagoon blue swimming pool, its spacious bathroom has a bathtub and a shower.
The 2nd bedroom of 25m2 also opens onto the swimming pool and has its private bathroom.
The 3rd bedroom also measures 25m2, it has large bay windows which overlook a charming interior garden. Its semi-open bathroom opened onto the garden is equipped with a bathtub and a shower.

Absolutely wonderful!

The photos do not do this amazing villa any justice. It is incredibly spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The location is perfect with just a short walk to Jl Legian. Wina the housekeeper is amazing and cooks the most delicious breakfasts. She even showed us how to cook it. We all wanted to bring her home. She is very helpful and attentive to her guests needs. The check-in process was very easy and we were greeted by the villa manager Desy and Wina. The concierge service is excellent with fast responses to any requests. The pool is excellent - perfect for cooling off in the afternoons. The air-conditioned bedrooms make it very comfortable for sleeping. We will definitely be back.
