Loved the location, the pool and customer service, and the affordable price! The rooms are not luxurious, but it’s a great hotel if you are looking for a comfortable enough short stay close to the Legian and Double Six Beaches, they are both within 10-15mins walk.

Very bad ! Electric sparks from bed lamp . Broken toilet seat , aircon falling out of wall . AND work done on unit below , very noisy . Asked to swap room , and I was looking forward to it and the toilet and bathroom smelled SO bad , I was nearly sick and this was after clean . 😳 The septics were leaking . Very disappointed as I was recommended this , but they stayed years ago . Obviously it had run down .

Staff are wonderful. I love how quiet it is and not like a big resort. Beds are very comfortable but pillows need an upgrade as well as sheets and towels. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained as are the gardens. Recommend if you enjoy a quiet restful holiday

Great quiet little property in a safe and convenient location. Amazing staff, beautiful traditional garden and pool area. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Room and linen probably need an update but everything was very clean and tidy. Would recommend if you are happy with the simple things in life.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
The rooms are very old and dated and the bathroom was not great. The towels need replacing. The pool bar is useless as the design means its unuable and drinks are made in the restaurant. The staff are polite but they always charge you maximum for everything, Taxi, drinks and food are overpriced. The breakfast is poor and I would recommend going elsewhere for food. This is a budget hotel, do not expect great things.
