Horrible hotel would never stay here again, we actually left and changed hotels after a few days. Great location that is all. The reception staff are all rude and not helpful, the pool is in need of a clean, so are the rooms. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here!!!

Room was not clean. Even the room slipper were used. Room was very old and most things are breaking. I think they really have cleanliness issue with the bed and toilet.

The room we received was absolutely not even close to what we purchased. We arrived early and knew we would likely have to wait and we did. It was actually about 45 minutes past check in that we were able to get in which wasn't any big deal. The staff was friendly and we know they do their best to accommodate guests. My Fiance' ran to the bathroom to use it and found it quite dirty. This wasnt all... upon entering the room we noticed it was NOTHING like the (Studio) rooms in the pictures when choosing this hotel. The beds were the worst beds ive slept in anywhere. We check out the next morning to avoid and more disappointment. I NEVER ASKED FOR ANYTHING FOR A CREDIT since it was booked from Hotels.com. later the Mgr. Text my WA number where he still took the stance that the pictures of the rooms were SIMILAR.... not a chance and that they were renovated andcthere is no way they were. Do yourself a favor, skip this place.

Otherwise ok, but hotel guests seem to be smoking everywhere and its really not suitable at year 2026 anymore. There is no blackout curtain in toilet so in the morning room has too much light. Got food poisoning from the breakfast food (didnt eat anything else), they dont have proper breakfast for a European. Even salad table is missing (cucumber/tomato slice is not a salad table).

Good location. Pool not great. Room was nothing like pictures. Booked room for 2 adults and 1 child but they expected we all sleep in the one bed. Not overly happy with space. Breakfast was average.

The location and the staff were the only things that were great about this hotel. Unfortunately, it is very run down and in need of repairs. We had 2 rooms: a 1 bedroom suite for 2 nights and a studio for 2 nights. The AC leaked, the towels were a dingy grey and very worn, the safe malfunctioned and the mattress needed to be replaced. The Staff tried their best and were always smiling and attentive.

The hotel is for young families, too many screaming kids in the pool.also the rooms ( i stayed in two ) were big they were lacking power points and both the showers were terrible very slippery and water lying every were very dangerous. The food was average took forever to get too your room and was cold. Overall 2 stars for the hotel i wont be back.

Not the standard expected based on the pictures. Run down and dirty. When we arrived there was a filthy, dirty mattress in the walkway/ garden area around room. Mozzies in the room, breakfast minimal options and not good. Woken by screaming kids at 5 am every morning. When out and about, came back to room at night with blinds wide open on glass walk/door of room showing the room and everything in it including my stuff to everyone who walked past. Not much else in the area and a long way on foot so transport had to be arranged each time.

Rooms are great, nice quiet family resort with lovely staff. Food was not bad.Pool area great for kids. Can't fault the place at all. Family enjoyed our stay, we will be coming back to stay
