Excellent place to stay

I was very impressed with how clean, quiet and comfortable this motel was. My room was on the street, but I couldn’t hear any traffic. The bed was extremely comfortable. The vouchers for breakfast at the coffee shop next door was a great perk. I’d give this motel 10 stars if I could.

This motel was renovated and modern inside. The staff were polite and the area was quiet. My husband and I did an evening walk around the area and there were parks and food nearby. Would highly recommend!

A Convenient and Comfortable Inn

Breakfast was nice with a voucher gor next door coffee house. Good and safe location central to lower Lancaster County. Nearby Green Dragon Farmers .arket and Adamstown.

Best stay ever!!!

Our stay was absolutely amazing!! From the check in to the check out!! The breakfast at coffe and co was sooo good my grandkids couldn't wait to get their mickey mouse pancakes every mornig! The staff at the hotel is top notch and knowledgeable about the area!! You will not be dissatisfied with this motel one bit!

Very clean, quiet and well maintained!

Terrific motel/motor inn. Spotless room, recently renovated with new fixtures and furnishings. Very well maintained exterior, with a cute fire pit and outdoor seating that some guests enjoyed during our stay. Pleasant and responsive check in clerk. I accidentally locked myself out of my room and felt like an idiot but she quickly provided a new key card. You’ll get a $12 voucher for breakfast at the restaurant next door and the food there is good, though the restaurant seemed understaffed both days we visited, with a bit of a wait, even though we arrived before 8am. I imagine the problem worsened later in the morning. The location isn’t the best, we had to drive into Ephrata for dinner as there are not a lot of options nearby with the exception of a couple of tourist trap buffets. Other than that, a really well run establishment

Great spot

Great little hotel, good price. The bed was a little hard for me, but thats a personal preference. Staff was friendly. Might need to do something for early checkout before the staff get there.

I have mixed feelings about this place. Pros: Great breakfast situation. I’d come back for the breakfast restaurant even if i don’t stay at the hotel. Room was very clean and shower had great water pressure and nice hot water. Cons: location is near a nice park but not near many of the other local attractions. It’s more of a bare bones motel style place. Air conditioner was really too loud. Only found one staff member to be friendly.

The property is utilitarian. Generally clean, limited basic furnishings. Bed is good, linens clean, a real freezer in the refrigerator , small microwave, $12.00 discount coupon for breakfast at next door cafe. NO in room coffee. Keurig in the office. Bath has a easy step in shower. Vanity very small, no room for toiletries. But best bring your own shower soap, shampoo and conditioner. AC unit very loud, as in wake you up each time the fan engages, loud. It was fine for a 12 hour stay. Price was about right for this basic kind of room.
