We travel to Lancaster every year and stay here for the following reasons: Love the location and 2 pools Very clean in all areas- rooms, breakfast area, pools, etc I observe the staff and they seem to be working hard, especially those providing the breakfast service and housekeeping services. Everyone is respectfully friendly.

Lightning was not good. I arrived 4 hours early and requested a room with a recliner, which I seen in the photos. And my room did not have a recliner. Was disappointed. Everything else was good. Breakfast was really good.

Place is conveniently located in the heart of Amish and near train excursions. Front desk very nice and breakfast is good (get the waffles). Only complaint was room dirty, rugs not vacuumed and a Sasquatch used the shower and they didn’t clean (2x they came to tidy the room and didn’t touch the shower).

5 stars to: staff, location. 0 stars to the room. That was the dirtiest carpet I’ve ever seen, toilet is tiny, bathroom door is falling apart, and beds are almost at ground level. 4 stars for the breakfast, but but never coming back.

Wonderful stay. The hotel itself is a little old and could use a refresh but the staff were all so nice and the breakfast was very good. Breakfast always consisted of some style of eggs, breakfast meat that changed daily, hash browns, waffles, a yogurt bar and all the usual breads and cereals you normally expect. Coffee was outstanding and all foods were kept well stocked until the very end. The hotel is set back from the main road so it was very quiet.
