Staffing was excellent. My only issue as a handicapped individual is the toilets must have came from a daycare as they are the lowest seat I have ever experienced in a hotel. No grab bars to assist getting back up.

Was a very nice hotel friendly staff and clean , good breakfast choices. Only thing we didnt like was bathroom, very small with no sink or vanity you had to walk out of bathroom in to room just to wash your hands. And put your toiletries. All in all nice stay

We just got back from our stay at this hotel. I spent a lot of time looking around and booked this hotel based on the reviews, I am so glad I did. We have travelled and stayed in so many other hotels, but this has been my favorite stay by far in PA. The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Gave excellent recommendations on things to do in area. Pool was clean and fresh towels were always available. Walking distance to cute shops. Breakfast was filling and always stocked with fresh food. Very clean and spacious rooms. Perfect stay for a family. Looking forward to staying again every time we come to Lancaster! Thank you for such a fun family stay!!
