This house was great! Every room had a different theme. They really thought of everything a guest could need! James was very profession, and kind. We didn’t get to use the outdoor pool but the backyard and the overview of the lake from their look out spot was perfect, you could have a romantic dinner up there for two. This home was perfect for our family vacation. Located in a very quiet neighborhood and not too far from the lake. It was extremely clean inside and out. The kitchen is well stocked and all of the appliances are in great shape. We used the BBQ twice and it is in great shape too. One last thing, the views are worth the price of admission.

We had an awesome stay at this wonderful house in Lake Havasu. The home was perfect and the kids loved the pool and pool table. Everything was fully stocked and tons of towels as well. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing views is an understatement

My husband and I came to stay as we are thinking of moving to the area. My sister also joined us for part of the trip. If this house was for sale we would absolutely buy it! James was the perfect host as this was our families first visit to the area. Very clean house with everything stocked the pool was great and very clean as well. Beautiful sunset views from the pool and back patio. short drive to London Bridge and grocery stores. We will definitely be booking for future adventures

Totally as described.

Spent 4 days and this house was wonderful. Everything that’s listed on rental is absolutely correct. Clean and orderly. Everything you could possibly need to have a great stay is at this home. Management was Courteous and very responsive. There are rules here to protect the neighborhood and keep the peace. If traveling with family and a small dog this is for you. Definitely would recommend. Dave and family
