This was a one night stay, it was within walking distance to the London Bridge. Parking was very easy. The room was small but clean and comfortable.

Unprovoked & Unprofessional

After a long day at the lake. We checked in the service was horrible we were being told they were going to charge more because we had an extra person which made zero sense if we already had two beds. I walked to what I thought was my room and the key opened door and it was someone else’s room that looked like they lived there. There clothes in bathtub filled. And when unprofessional worker came who was not in work attire or name tag came up and basically blamed me for what was a mistake anyone could have done and kicked me my husband and my children out of the whole hotel. She saw my child crying and still was being rude and unkind. I would never again stay or recommend.

Forced to pay gratuity upon arrival. Did not refund deposit and gave no explanation as to why. No working tv; only found out after in room. Room was prepaid and still required funds upon arrival. Would give zero stars if it was an option.

It was awful from the start, the minute I walked into the office I was very uncomfortable with the way they treated me and my best friend…… they were very rude an they charged me a $150 cash deposit… and then they refused to return my deposit claiming I was knocking on random hotel doors disturbing their guests so I lose my deposit…. Where do they find logic in that??

Booked on Expedia and prepaid. Got to hotel to check in . they charged me an additional fee some sort of service fee. the price on Expedia should be the price … watch out for this place.

The property said they did not have a room for us for all nights, so they sent us to the Super 8 down the street. Super 8 has a lower rating, but took us in. The building has not been renovated since it was opened, possibly the 70s. Old, dirty as hell, ceiling falling off. I had to wear shoes in the room as the carpet was so bad.
