Amenities are complete for daily needs. Able to do laundry anytime and with dryer. Room has 2 toilets and is very convenient for 6pax. Very nice and exceeds my expectation.

Room was amazing and spacious for a family of 4. The check in process was very easy and the room was clean. Added bonus of having 2 toilets and a common laundry downstairs. The area is in a very quiet area.

Was very impressed by this hotel since we've never checked into a no reception desk hotel before. Everything was communicated well. The room was clean and well stocked with towels. We had no reason to call for housekeeping for anything additional although they were there daily. They had an ebike/scooter in front of the hotel so that was very convenient. It was also tucked into the alley and that provided a good feel of the lifestyle. And yes, there is a Japan tax that will need to be paid at checkout which is stated prior to booking. So it wasn't a surprise to us. It was expected. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and spacious room that made our stay a delight. Morden decor, comfortable beds, free washing machine and great location as the castle and a supermarket were just across the street. We would recommend staying here. One caveat, the dining table is Japanese style so you have to be comfortable with sitting cross legged.

The place was very clean and the staff very friendly. The location is very close to the bus station and there’s a couple of train stations at a walkable distance (10-15mins). Overall it was comfortable and I recommend it!

Hotel was decent and nicely designed rooms. Only issue i had wasnt with the hotel so much as yamato transports QR code taking their number and shipping luggage to a different Randor hotel in Kyoto ( i believe there was 3).

Clean, everything worked, hotel provided iron and table, hair dryer, tooth brush, razor, towels and even laundry detergent. Roomy with 2 toilets. Bed comfy, close to transportation 12 min to metro, would stay again.

This was a last minute trip. The place was fine… safe, clean, convenient and easy. You’re pretty much left to fend for yourself so plan your dive n dive your plan.
