The hotel is a traditional and historical luxury hotel. It is spacious and has old but beautiful style. If you appreciate old grandeur, you can appreciate this hotel. It has many important events. We were there to witness a big event with dozens of geishas walking in. Great in room shiatsu service. We did it 2 times.

The customer service was excellent, the superior room was a reasonable size and the location was close to two rail lines. The castle was close and the view of the castle was great particularly at night.

My stay at Hotel Okura Kyoto was truly exceptional and exceeded every expectation. The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and meticulously maintained, with thoughtful amenities that made my stay both relaxing and convenient.
