Disappointing & brusque customer service from reception staff. Insisting I had booked a room for 2 nights when I could clearly show them confirmation on my phone was for 1 night only. My daughters family room not made up when they arrived at 9pm at night. Had to ask room service for bedding and towels.

Great Stay. Excellent food in the restaurant in the evening, although a little pricey but that’s hotels for you. Room was spotless, WiFi was good but phone signal poor. We didn’t stay with breakfast inc and I think £20 is a bit steep so went next door to Fryers Garden centre and had great breakfast for less than half the price!

Amazing stay. Stayed in premier suite. Would definitely recommend our 4th time visiting here, we were the sad the breakfast has now became a buffet breakfast but other than that couldn’t fault it.
