Parking was well provided. Hotel overall seemed cluttered with couches lined down hall to pool area. Pool area looked gross and uninviting in general. Room was ok. Some staff friendly and outgoing while other short and slightly rude. It was an ok stay but wouldn't recommend.

I loved having a split room (bathroom between two beds) as it makes it seem like you have two bedrooms in one room. Perfect for not hearing family members who snore lol. Sandra had our room prepped perfectly! She did an amazing job cleaning it and everything was so nice. The view was absolutely beautiful!! Make sure you get a water view room. Their beach was perfect for a sunrise view. From check-in to checkout, everyone was so kind. Definitely recommend staying here!!

Staff were great , hot tub is super small and stained from I’m assuming the wel water . But was comfortable - staff came and added more water as a previous party tried adding way more people than would fit and lost a lot of it.

The pool and hot tub was down a super long hallway full of couches the hot tub only fits 6 people comfortably and no one would swim in the pool it was freezing cold water my pillows smelled like someone’s dirty head sweat

Check-in was quick and friendly. Our room had two bedrooms, connected by an open area with microwave, fridge and sink, and also had a sofa bed in one of the rooms. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of storage with surfaces for luggage, etc. Our room had a balcony view of the lake and the Mackinac Bridge. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a bright and spacious bath and nice toiletries. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool, but it was larger than in most hotels, as shown in the pictures, and had a hot tub adjacent to it. For those traveling in the warmer months, there is beach access for swimming in the lake, and fire pits and seating to enjoy on the beach. Breakfast is not provided, but with the room priced so reasonably it is easy to get a full meal at one of the many nearby restaurants. Our stay was perfect, and I would book this room again the next time we visit Mackinaw City.
