Longer Stays with Private Yard + Fiber WiFi

A private fenced backyard that is yours alone, plus ALLO fiber internet, in-unit laundry and a kitchen with full cooking equipment for stays that run past a weekend. Air conditioning throughout, a private entrance and no shared indoor space. Keypad entry at any hour and off-street parking at the door. Groceries, restaurants and the Stockton Hill corridor are a short drive. One bedroom with a king bed, and air mattresses are available for up to four guests. The adjoining unit is also ours.
-No eating or drinking in the bedrooms or living room. Please enjoy your meals and drinks in the kitchen/dining area.
-Please make sure that you turn off all lights and electronics when you leave the property.
-Please do not place the AC unit below 70 degrees.
-Please ensure that all windows and doors are locked when you leave to ensure the safety of your personal property in the unit.
-Please place a sheet over the couch and bed comforter if your pets are going to be laying on it.
-Please deflate and put away blow up mattress if used.

Single female traveler with a doggo; this rental was perfect for my 9-day stay in Kingman. The duplex was sparkling clean and had all the amenities of home. I felt safe and comfortable in the unit and walking around the neighborhood. The mattress and bedding were a stand-out; soft, cozy, and more elevated than what I've experienced in other rentals. Communication with the host was perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.

Host was amazing!!! Couple of tiny problems bbq out of gas and no outdoor furniture .. back yard all rock so outside of property not usable
