The staff in the dining area was so sweet. Breakfast was amazing. Standard breakfast. The room we stayed in seemed clean but some of our pillows didn’t smell fresh. They smelled like someone had just used them.

The staff was very friendly, but I can’t look past the clear cleanliness issues this hotel had. There were still other people’s hair in the shower and chips of drywall were peeling off in the shower. I chose this hotel because it had an 8.8 rating and I feel I’ve been led astray by this because it didn’t live up to that rating.

They don’t take cats! Despite their listing saying they are pet friendly, they don’t take cats. So after an 8 hour travel day my reservation was not honored, leaving me frustrated and having to find other accommodations. Fortunately, they did issue a refund, so there’s that.
