Amazing stay. Amazing food with healthy options. Good coffee. Quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Air quality was good. I suppose my only suggestion for improvement would be to ban the guy from doing diesel engine maintenance with the exhaust facing the back patio of the restaurant which gassed us out during our dinner. I thought was inconsiderate of him. That being said, I suspect he wasn’t even affiliated with the hotel but rather some tour boat. I would stay again 10/10

Property was clean and the room we stayed in had direct pool access so a morning swim was easy. Be advised there is some noise from the local airport and navy base but this didn’t bother me.

The resort was perfect for our elopement week. There are many Instagrammable photo opportunities. The front desk manager and Mary the night manager took every opportunity to make our week special. They were so thoughtful. We stayed in The Commodore Suite - spacious with an amazing pool/harbor view and excellent bathroom layout. We went slow dancing, under the stars out by the boats, and it was one of our favorite memories from the trip. We highly recommend this venue and look forward to returning.

Had a very nice stay and most likely will return my next trip down. Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Snorkel/dive boat only steps away. Biking (or golf cart) is the way to go in Key West. Very scenic. You can bring your own or rent one right at Perry for only $20 for the day. Only negative is the rooster in the middle of the morning, every single morning, all morning long. Think "My Cousin Vinnie." After googling the history of roosters in the Keys, I learned that there isn't anything that can be done, so it's certainly not the fault of the hotel. So, let's go with, "They add to the charm of the Keys!" Yeah, let's go with that. I'll leave you with ***fried Hogfish sandwich*** at Hogfish Bar & Grill only a couple of blocks away. You'll thank me later.

The property was nice. The shuttle to key west was great. The bed in the room was terrible hard as a rock. Needs to be updated. And the chairs on the balcony were not comfortable at all. Other than that we really enjoyed our time here.
