STEPS TO DUVAL! WALK EVERYWHERE...TO ALL THE SHOPS, RESTAURANTS AND BARS OF OLD TOWN!

You do not need a car with this location !! Park the car and leave it!! You can bicycle, walk, rent a scooter or golf cart to get around.

"LA DOLCE VITA" is located in the heart of Old Town, Key West and only steps to Duval Street right in the heart of the Historic District!! :)

Southernmost Point and Southernmost Beach on the Atlantic Ocean are just 3 short blocks away! Southernmost Cafe also has a great Happy Hour!
Also, one of our favorite spots is the Seaside Cafe which is on the ocean and has great drinks, pizza and salads. and other items. (This is one of my favorites!). It is located next to Southernmost Cafe and Southermost Beach.

The condo is on the second floor of a beautiful Key West style building with a wraparound balcony.

It has high 14 ft ceilings, a granite galley style kitchen, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, freezer w/ great ice maker, 2 burner glass cook top and microwave.
The condo has cherry wood laminate floors, queen size bed w/ memory foam mattress, a new 75 inch flat screen Smart TV in living room, a new 35' Roku TV in bedroom, ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, full bathroom w/ stand-up shower, crown molding throughout with recessed lighting on dimmer switches and also rope lighting on the ceiling throughout the condo for a cozy, relaxing feel.

The condo has a shared porch w/ 2 sitting chairs and a small table on a large wrap around balcony. Great for sitting outside w/ your favorite drink and listening to the sounds of Key West.

There is a large public pool at 300 Catherine Street, just one block away. It is the Community Center and has picnic tables, basketball courts and playground. Weekend hours vary. Their phone number is 305-809-3876.

Dante's Pool & Raw Bar is located at 951 Caroline St, which has a large pool, Tiki bar and grill. It is a short bike ride away. Pets are welcome.

Just 3 short blocks away is Southernmost Beach which has Southernmost Cafe and offers breakfast, lunch, dinner and a great happy hour.

Just 3 blocks to Southernmost Point on the Atlantic Ocean.

Also, a few blocks away is Fort Zachary Taylor Beach which is a 20 minute walk. or a short bike ride. This is Key West's most beautiful beach! They charge a small entry fee. You can walk, bicycle or go by car/scooter/golf cart.

You will not need a car with this location! Park the car and leave it! Walk everywhere...to all the shops, restaurants and bars and beaches of Old Town, Key West!

This is a spectacular location, steps away from Duval yet it’s quite inside so no fear of disrupting your sleep if you’d like to make it an early night. The apartment is very clean, well appointed with everything you need and the a/c is excellent. Also kudos to one of the owners who is clearly an artist so there’s custom art throughout. I will definitely stay again.

Owner sent code to get into door. No check in required I would have liked a blanket or throw in family room. A small cooler would have been nice to take to the beach. Kitchen had bare minimum but it was all that we needed.

Great location

Just a half block off Duval St! You could hear the music and crowd noise from the balcony but not inside. Fun vibe with colorful decor. Comfortable bed and hot shower. There were a couple of small issues that management took care of right away. Be prepared for 21 steps up to apartment! Also, we could hear the person in the next apartment, so not soundproof between rooms.

Great location! Five minute walk to the Southernmost Point and less than 15 minutes to Sloppy Joe’s. Some of the units are on the second floor so one easy flight of steps. The unit is very functional and everything worked well. There is super limited closet space and the bedroom is small. Overall, it met our needs and was great for the price.

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend trip to Key West and the one bedroom unit was tastefully decorated with the Key West theme and only steps away from Duval Street and a few blocks to a pocket beach.
