The check in staff was not hospitable. The pool was not heated, and the couch in our suite was very dirty/dinghy. Location is great and property is beautiful. We had amazing staff at check out. I recommend staying at Winslows Bungalows their sister property. More pool options, bar, and impeccable customer service.

Breakfast was served in a charming basket and included premium yogurt, OJ, cheese and nuts, bagels or croissants, coffee and small immunity elixirs. I spent some time around the pool and loved the music that was playing over the speakers. The staff was very friendly and the neighborhood was quiet despite being only a block away from Duval St.

Very nice location. Closer to the buoy and Blue Heaven. About 15 min walk to Sloppy Joes. Rooms small, but clean. Bed and bedding comfortable. For a long weekend. Ideal. For longer stays the “sweet” room a bit small and tight. But short stay is fine. Clean. Breakfast with coffee nice. Service was great!

This is such a charming property. Our room was expansive and so comfortable. But it’s the delightful paths that meander thru trees and cottages that give this property such charm and delight. The staff was superlative!!! Everything was clean and bright and prompt.

I absolutely loved my stay at Ella’s Cottage. The location was perfect, the rooms and outdoor areas were stunning. Really great service with breakfast baskets and super friendly staff. The only downside was that my room was located very close to the maintenance staff office/storage so unfortunately in the morning I was woken up and could hear everything going on. Side note beware that the roosters will wake you up at sunrise!

TLDR: Overall, great location, good staff. Cleanliness was ok. I only have a few nit picks. When booking, the pictures for the rooms seem generic and reused for each room or suite except a few. It was hard to see exaclty what we were getting. I puchased a suite based on pics on this app, so I was expecting the same space when we arrived but it wasnt what we thought it was. I wish the pictures depicted each specific space available based on there unique layout and furnishings. Breakfast was fine, my wife loved the healthy options and they accomodated as much as they could for her gluten intolerance which wasnt much if im honest, but they tried. In terms of the actual room, the floor looked dirty like it hadnt been swept in a while, couch was a little dingy and stained in places, the toilet bowl stopped filling on the last day, but it was just the float and i was able to "fix" it. The spare bedroom fan had a piece covering the electronics falling down. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay. The good, its quiet, great atmosphere and still close enough to duvall and all the food, bars, and shops. My wife and i walked everywhere. It was maybe a 15 minute walk from the cottages to either side of the island (north and south).

Very surprised. Will stay again. Everything is new, comfy, modern. Excellent service. Just will get bigger room next time. The pool area is very nice. Hotel is not far from the beautiful beach, our favorite one. You can take.a bike and go around the toun. Main Street around the corner.. Hotel is located in the Heard of the toun.
