The beach and pool area was amazing. Just be sure if you get studio that it's not on the street side. It was terrible... the noise at 2 am and again at 630. The studio is just a hotel room with a few alterations to make it a studio (microwave, dishes, coffee maker etc. very small. The resort is old but is extremely well maintained. Would I stay again, most definitely, with stipulation I'm on the other side (pool).

We stayed here one night while visiting the keys. We arrived much earlier than check in time and stopped in the lobby to ask where we could park. She offered the parking ramp, told us she would call us when our room was ready and gave us towels to hang out at the pool. Incredibly friendly service and the pool/beach area was wonderful! The location is quiet and there is plenty of free parking. There is a small market nearby that serves a cheap breakfast. We stayed parked here for the entire duration of our stay and just walked everywhere we wanted to go. Also, there is a free bus that takes you all the way down to the other end of Duval. The only criticism of the place is the yellow bedding…kinda gross/outdated and the bed was pretty hard/felt old. But we would definitely stay here again. We’re two people who like to stay out of the chaos and we’re open to walking a lot, so it worked out well for us. Definitely checked all of our boxes

This is a clean, quiet, and convenient resort on the beach. We had a 2 bedroom and it served us well for our 5 night stay. All positive things to say except for there is no elevators for the 3 level resort, so if guests are unable/limited mobility, request first floor. The room decor could be updated and the hot tub is scorching hot.

Booked the room for 4 people. Upon going to sleep for the night we discover the sofa sleeper would not open. Contacted the desk and they said yes we think the previous guests broke the bed. They gave my daughter a queen blow up mattress bed for the floor. She asked for help carrying it to the room and said they couldn’t help her. She carried a lrg box with the mattress, a thin blanket, a set of sheets, and a pillow all piled on top of each other to the room. My 2 daughters slept on the queen bed and my husband on the air mattress. It did not hold air and he had to blow it up 3 times In the night. No one got any sleep. For the price of that room , this is unacceptable. I would like a refund please.
