Cape Arundel Cottage Preserve sits at the edge of the woods in Arundel, right off scenic Route 1 and adjacent to the 65-mile Eastern Trail (which is wonderful for hiking and cycling). It's a great home base for exploring Kennebunk (four miles), Kennebunkport (six miles), Ogunquit (14 miles), the Nubble Lighthouse (21 miles), and the Portland Head Light (25 miles). You can even walk to a mini-golf course and ice cream shop right outside the neighborhood gates.

This two-story home enjoys a scenic location within Cape Arundel, with a back patio overlooking a small pond and a tree-lined meadow. It's a scene you can take in as you sip your morning coffee, light the gas grill in the afternoons, or dine alfresco at sunset.

The interior is modern, bright, and centrally air-conditioned, ensuring your comfort all summer long. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
