Luxury linens, Casper pillows, SandCloud bath towels, Malin + Goetz toiletries, well-appointed kitchen with Cuisinart cookware, Tommy Bahama beach chairs and SandCloud beach towels are included in your stay. Two bikes and two kayaks are available upon request at no additional cost. A pack n play and high chair is also provided.

Walk to Colony Beach or bike to Kennebunk Beach. 2 minute walk to Perkins Park on the Kennebunk River with Adirondack chairs, picnic tables and steps down to the water for launching kayaks. Dock Square is a vacationer’s dream, full of restaurants, galleries and quaint shops. My family and I had such an amazing stay at the Mary Jane house. The house was in the perfect location and felt incredibly welcoming. The small little details like outdoor toys for the kids, games, books, welcome snacks, etc. Katie was super accommodating, especially with giving us a late check out because of a later flight home. Can’t recommend this beautiful house enough!

We had a wonderful second stay at the Mary Jane House. The house is cozy, beautifully decorated and very well appointed - we had everything we needed! The location is also perfect - a less than 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants and a 20 minutes walk to the beach. Katie is a wonderful host - from the thoughtful details in the house to her quick responses to questions. We can't wait to come back!
