Luxury linens, Casper pillows, SandCloud bath towels, Malin + Goetz toiletries, well-appointed kitchen with Cuisinart cookware, Tommy Bahama beach chairs and SandCloud beach towels are included in your stay. Two bikes and two kayaks are available upon request at no additional cost. A pack n play and high chair is also provided.

The house was so perfect for our stay. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. The house is tasteful and unique in its decor. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a wonderful second stay at the Mary Jane House. The house is cozy, beautifully decorated and very well appointed - we had everything we needed! The location is also perfect - a less than 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants and a 20 minutes walk to the beach. Katie is a wonderful host - from the thoughtful details in the house to her quick responses to questions. We can't wait to come back!

We spent Christmas at the Mary Jane house. It was such a beautiful home. I really appreciated how thoughtful the host was with making the stay very special for us. The home had a great assortment of books and toys for the toddler. Everything was also decorated very nicely for Christmas. Every kitchen utensil we needed was available for cooking. There were all the normal spices to use as well for cooking. It was a wonderful stay and I 100% recommend staying here.

Great getaway

We wanted a quick getaway in Maine to celebrate a milestone birthday. Kennebunkport is close to family and offers hiking and birding, which we enjoy. This little house was perfect. It is clean, cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed and wanted. Comfy beds, seating and great location. We loved the combination of old house and modern decor and modern conveniences. The modern, well appointed kitchen and bathroom were most welcome. There were plenty of places to eat locally despite it being the off season.

Charming Cozy Cottage

Our family of 5 spent a couple of nights in this home full of magical charm for a holiday getaway. House was clean, cozy, with books to read and cozy blankets.
