Ocean View dog friendly Cottage 4-min to Kennebunkport

This spacious and delightful cottage was once the barn of this 1910 property. It was converted to a home in the 1960's and then fully remodeled in 2000 with wide pumpkin pine plank floors and an open post and beam ceiling, with a modern bathroom and kitchen. It features a second floor California King bedroom with ocean, marsh and river views, a cozy chair and ottoman for reading, and a desk workspace outside the bedroom if you need to check in while traveling. The bathroom is has a beautifully tiled glass door front shower. There is a charming living room with a comfy foldout couch, and large Smart TV. Guests can enjoy amenities like mini split AC, full kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, bikes for your use, and an outdoor patio with firepit, or adirondack chairs for hanging out with a glass of wine while you enjoy the sunset over the marsh, or brilliant stargazing.
