Amazing staff
I got sick on my stay and had to be taken away in an ambulance. The hotel staff were absolutely incredible. They took care of me, walked (and fed!) my dog that I had to leave in the room and went above and beyond. Didn't get to experience the pool but the rest of the hotel was great.

Great value for the orice
Totally Renovated and comfortable rooms. Overall excellent. The room had a bit of a foul smell and there was no housekeeping service in the 2 days there but still rare it excellent value for the price.

The staff was very polite and helpful. Our room was very clean and nice. There was only one thing i saw that bothered me. 2 ladies came in thru a back door right where breakfast is served and walked out with plates of food. I only noticed this because i was waiting for my husband to bring our car around that way. That door is supposed to be shut and locked at times. Guests can enter with their room key. The door had been left ajar. Other than that, i have no problem ever going back to stay. I'll check that door!!!

Come Sleep here!
Positives: Clean room, comfortable bed (i slept very well). Needs improvement: Breakfast - first off....1) A team of AT LEAST 2 for breakfast detail on the weekends. With the smell of bacon wafting through the entire hotel since 6am, to arrive for breakfast and NO BACON was available (attendant states that she was cooking some), only eggs. So, we had some eggs, and rock hard wannabe mini cinnamon rolls, and waited for bacon. When she FINALLY delivered it to the steamer, the 3 people in line ahead of us TOOK IT ALL! On weekends, cook AT LEAST 2-3 lbs of bacon at the same time. And as soon as you deliver it to the steamer, start on the next batch. Also, the attendant could never catch up with eggs, breads, coffee. Hence, the need for a 2-team approach! And lastly, gor a hotel the size of yours - the breakfast was much too small. These should be easy fixes.
