Check in is not guranteed even after 4pm. Not because the facilities are open to use anytime during check in day, doesn't mean families esp with kids will want to wait for few hours on the lobby or pool before we even get a chance to relax and settle down in their room. Pool is outdated and moldy

There was a big blood stain on our shower curtain (GROSS!!). Our room wasn't serviced, The wave pool didn't have waves. The big water slides weren't working for one of the days. Do not recommend!
