Our first smell like cat pee. I only had to pay $4 to upgrade to a room with a microwave and refrigerator but the air conditioning did not work and it was 95° out. Our third room was okay but there were stains on the blankets in the bathroom kind of smelled like cat pee. We were in town for a celebration of life for my best friend who lived with me. We just needed some comfort a comfortable place to sleep and we had to switch rooms twice. I stay there when I come to town cuz it's cheap and I just need a place to sleep but it was a horrible experience.

It was just okay. It would have been better if the pool had not been closed. Being wrong with the pool they just chose daily whether they would open it or not. I would not have chosen this location. If I knew the pool was not going to be open, it looks perfectly fine.

The room smelt so bad of dogs it was like sleeping in a kennel. I understand the homeless need somewhere to sleep but not here. Lasted till 3am then left, good job I have a sense of humour and poor sense of smell !!

Don’t stay here unless you like dirt and cigarette smoke. The entire place needs pressure washing. The TV was not working and we were told by the front desk that we would receive a partial refund. When I checked about it the next day the new front desk person said not possible. There are what appears to be long term residents that smoke continually and mill about. It looks like at one time this hotel was kept up with nice grassy areas and poop bag stations but not anymore it is just dry grass, dog poop, cigarette butts and dirt everywhere. The air conditioning units are so dirty I highly doubt any of them have been cleaned in years. Most of the stairs are falling apart. Don’t spend any money to stay here sleep in your car instead.

You kind of get what you pay for here. It is reasonably priced ($137 for the night), but this is truly a bare minimum place to stay. The room was tiny, really tiny, and the beds were really worn out. There are no shampoo or conditioner in the room (bring it yourself, or you’re have to buy it from their vending machine, if it is working, which it wasn’t when we stayed), and only a partial roll of toilet paper. This place has homeless staying at it, and is not the best neighborhood. If you are a family with young kids, find another place to stay. They let pets stay here, but their us no breakfast. There is a McDonald’sxwithin walking distance. The non-smoking rooms, like ours, smell like smoke. My 16 year son and I stayed here one night for a baseball tournament, and it was ok. If you are staying longer, or looking for any kind of amenities, stay somewhere else.

Clerk was friendly when I checked in, but gruff with the other members of my party when they stopped in to show their id and give auto information. Shower is very small. A/C either way too cold or off. But what one would expect for the price in this location.
