The location can't be beat, with a short walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, breweries,
the casino, arena, and downtown shopping. There is a walk way along the waterfront by which will take you as far as the lower Mission area. The rail trail for biking is also very close by. If you prefer a hike, that is also close.
The view of the lake from your private patio is fantastic ! There are 2 kayaks for your use, and access to a private dock. The apartment is accessed by outdoor stairs to a private entrance.
