Dont like the text messsges saying they connect to the front desk but when you ask for help you get a bot response not a correct answer to question -very frustrating Great property not my first stay there and will not be my last. Harmon was lovely and kind to us when we were exhausted from travelling.

Hotel and staff was great but their pool was down for a couple of days. When it was finally up and open, they said it was safe by the water was Murky Green. Even if safe it did t look sanitary visually. Aside from this, breakfast was readily available and on time, but seating was limited. Overall, I would still stay at this location even with the minor faults. Staff was good and easy to deal with.

No hot tub, not enough coffee

The location was great, the breakfast hours were too short. The coffee kept running out, because instead of putting out 2 carafes of regular coffee, they served hot water and decaf, which no one seems to have touched. The hot tub was out of service the whole time my family was there, which was disappointing.
