Lovely Hotel

We stayed at this hotel 10 years ago for our wedding night and again for anniversary. They are so kind and generous to offer us an upgrade for the occasion. The room service was delicious and the room was impeccable. Love this hotel!

Just ok

We got a suite for the night gor the 4 of us, there was 1 blanket. Went to the service counter and they said they were out. Bedroom window was broken and would not close. Bedroom shade was also broken and would only go halfway down. For as much money as we spent for the night the room should have been immaculate and there should have been enough blankets for us and the kids, especially since I booked ahead. Other than those couple of things the suite was nice and clean and staff was friendly.

Very unpleasant stay

The room wasn't clean. There was hair stuck all over the shower. It was hard to get a good picture of it. There was also hair inside the sink. Also, there was a stain in the carpet and on the lounger that looked like blood. The lounger was stained all around it in other areas, too. My spouse came 2 days later, and I had given the front desk his name. When he went down to get coffee, he stopped at the desk to get another card. (He didn't realize he didn't have his ID.) They asked for his ID, and due to his not having it, they called security on him and followed him to his room like a criminal. Then they never issued him an ID after they verified it was him. I was standing there, and they never apologized or asked me anything. Several times, we had to ask the desk for things, and they were so rude. The hotel was empty almost every day of my 7 days until Friday and Saturday, so you would think customer service would be important to keep people happy and bring in more clients. When it was busy, we had to wait 30 minutes to get out of the garage.

Everything with the room & staff was great. The only thing I would complain about would be the pool. It really needs cleaned and could definitely benefit from some upgrades.

We reserved an executive suite corner room online with Expedia, and paid upfront. When we got to the hotel they said they didn't have any rooms available and placed us in a traditional king room. They said we had to work out the problem with Expedia. In other words, no reimbursement on the hotels end. A large dental convention was going on to to busy to be served in their bar. Overall not a pleasant experience when you spend $520.00/night for a room. We stayed on the 33rd floor, and was asked to come to guest services to re-code our keys 3 times. I had asked for a bottle of water and was told the fee was $4.00/bottle or $10.00/if delivered to the room. I thought surely they could comp us a water since we had to continue to "come to the front desk" due to their mistakes. This weekend away was quite frustrating due to the Sheraton Hotel.

I’m not handicap

We checked in at 2 and was told we had a specialty room he said King. But I ordered the queen with sofa. We were finally given key after 5pm check in was 4. I was in a handicap room? Why I asked the front desk manager and he was completely rude and not personal as if I was wrong? I feel like I was robbed of the $1300 as I missed dinner with family we were meeting in town since I had no where to get read and change. Then this morning I ask for a manager don’t get one and the gentleman made me also feel like I was a problem. My shower was in a handicap bathroom with water completely covering the floor. Poor design and dangerous because I slipped and fell. I honestly feel a full refund is appropriate given the horrible service by front desk manager and agents. Also given keys to shut me up and now waited 20 more minutes for it to be cleaned. Walk in now the door knocking and it’s maintenance because the A/C wasn’t working. I still couldn’t get ready in time for my evening plans

What a great place! The staff was friendly and helpful; location was ideal; bed was extremely comfortable; room was surprisingly quiet given its location. The only downside was that the carpets in our room had just been cleaned (literally they were finishing up as we were walking into our room) so they were wet and the room wreaked of cleaning chemicals. We requested a box fan which they promptly delivered and we were able to open the window vent to help draw out the fumes. Because the hotel was sold out, they couldn’t relocate us.
