Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were not comfortable. Room on 3rd floor was not level. The furniture was leaning in towards the center of the room and there was a noticeable incline walking around the bed.

Not it at all. I tried to cancel all reservations due to recent inclement weather which caused the cancelation of the event I was looking forward to. Now I am being sent reminders of that. I was disappointed in not being able to cancel and not getting any refund, but all these follow ups just make it worse.

I have never once stayed at a hotel that was so horrid. Front desk stopped taking calls and I needed to confirm something, the hotel itself was awful. Scratches on the doors, doors didn't close properly, everything was as gross as a hotel can get. I've stayed at a Red Roof in a bad part of South St. Louis, that was bad, but I can say, conservatively, that the Red Roof was worth twice as much in room quality and costed about half as much.
