Great dog friendly and safe area

I asked ChatGPT to find us a safe, dog friendly hotel on our route with a pool, free breakfast, and free parking. It suggested this one and it was right on the money! Great price, excellent spacious too , comfortable beds, clean, and comfortable.

I was a great experience. The staff was helping and accomodating to me and my guest. However there were some few issues with the room being dirty and the furniture not being stable or safe to use. Overall, the stay was great and I enjoyed myself with friends.

No toiletries offered. All the large shampoo, conditioner, and lotion bottles completely empty, no extra toilet paper in room. If you wanted anything like that you had to call down and ask for it, and they'd bring mini bottles instead of refilling. The pool was shut down by the health Dept, it was posted yet they let people swim in it . Breakfast time one of bosses chewed out a latina employee, and told her to stay where nobody could see her and only come out when she was needed, she had her employee crying.

The sign from the health Dept leading to the pool, which was completely looked over by staff as they allowed entry and insured the pool is safe and well balanced, just don't use the hand rails
A comparison of the bottle sizes that are all empty to when you call down to get them refilled and they hang you a travel size for your family if 6 to use.

Our toilet would not flush, we had to take the lid off the back and press down the fill valve so it would fill up to flush. We were asked several times about our stay and this concern was articulated to them the concern and someone was supposed to fix it and they never did. A two night stay, close to $600.00, and the damn toilet doesn’t work and wasn’t fixed.

The staff here is amazing! The room was very spacious and despite some negative reviews I found it to be extremely pleasant! I would highly recommend! Wish I would have taken pictures but we were only there because our AC was out, but great place!

We called to confirm reservation and rooms prior to showing up. When we arrived we were told the rooms got canceled because they attempted to charge the card that was on the reservation and it declined and instead of calling to check and confirm the card, which we were using a different card to pay, they just canceled the room. Said because they were at capacity they couldn’t get the room back and wouldn’t even try knowing we had the reservation and the guy at the front desk was the one who had confirmed initially anyway.

Unimpressive hotel

We spent $900 on one suite for 2 nights over the weekend, and this hotel was not worth the price. The shower curtain had stains, the walls and furniture were beat up, and the room felt tired and outdated. Customer service was good and the breakfast was decent, with hot options available. But everything just seemed a bit run down. Again, not worth the price we paid.
