Short on cleaning staff?

The cleaning was the major problem. The room had a smell from the beginning. Cleaning staff straightened the bed, sometimes left clean towels and took dirty ones (sometimes not), and only once in four days emptied the trash. Very, very minimal.

When we flushed the toilet the sink in the other room would gurgle as if the back up. Chris was very helpful but the manager in the morning didn’t seem to care about our situation. We were finally able to convince they to switch us rooms as maintenance add to remove the toilet from the floor to fix the issue.

It was very clean. Very neat pretty upscale. If I was to go by just how clean it was, it'd be excellent. The breakfast was delicious. They had plenty of different things to eat for breakfast. Waffle bar toast, ham, eggs, bacon sausage you name it. I enjoyed my stay.

Not to the typical embassy suites standards

This is not the typical standards of embassy suites. I got a corner room that wasn’t even a suite. The fan was so loud, it was hard to sleep. The room was clean but the towels were old and had holes in them. The shower was okay but very old. The property was very loud despite me being on the top floor still could hear the noise in the center area most of the night.

The room, workout facilities and bar area were all great. The only issues were the parking and the elevator. Only 1 elevator was working at the time of my visit, and they charge for parking in a lot that’s difficult to park in.

Didnt appear that our room was cleaned. There was a bottle of pepto in the night stand in the living room, along with a hacky sack on the floor, shower was dirty, along with the sink which didnt drain properly due thw stopper. Fridge didnt work well and the toilet ran aftwr flushing. The first time we stayed at this hotel is was great this time wasnt very great
