A great hotel!

The manager guy was just so friendly and helpful and made check in and the whole experience really great. I also loved the sweet Mexican lady who serves breakfast. So friendly and cheerful early in the morning! Loved everything about this hotel.

Excellent service and amenities. I missed the free dinner and drinks since I was at a meeting, but it was good to know it was available. Breakfast and coffee was amazing. would definitely stay here again. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Top notch.

Electricity went out at about 11pm and we were in the middle of a snow blizzard and it got really cold in the hotel. We were told there was a back up generator and everything would be back on soon. However electricity wasn’t restored until about 3:30am and by then we couldn’t get the heater on fast enough!! Other than that this is a great place to stay!

The property was excellent. My experience with Expedia was not good I won’t be using them again. I booked my stay thru them and needed to adjust the dates of my stay over a month in advance. I spoke with two separate Expedia representatives and neither one could help me with this. Super frustrating I ended up sticking with my original date and The Drury was very nice

It is just a really nice place to stay.. The breakfast is so good and on the weekends they offer until 11 which is great. The 5 happy hour is also great and offers foods for dinner and snacks with drinks. It is very convenient. I will always stay at Drury where ever I go.

Great place to stay in the busy KC. Location is great and the facility looked very nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the extra "kick back" free snacks that made up as nice dinner and we didn't go out to look for a restaurant in the evening!

In the evening the pool and hot tub were both dark and murky, even with the pool lights seeming to be on. In the morning we saw the pool was cloudy and greenish-looking. We had planned to use them, but did not due to their condition. To be fair, perhaps this was a temporary condition. We were only there one night. There was no one at the desk when we arrived around 8:30 p.m., but someone showed up after we waited for a few minutes. There was not a bell to ring to call someone to the reception desk. One elevator was broken when we arrived, but there is a second one, which was great! Both elevators were working by morning. The room was smaller than expected, and the shower area was a bit cramped. There wasn't ventillation in the bathroom and condensation "rained" off the ceiling while taking a shower. However, there was NO mold or musty smell anywhere, and we were very appreciative of that! The breakfast was very good, with excellent selections and was kept restocked. There were a lot of people, but no bottlenecks or long lines. There was plenty of seating. The parking area was safe, and that was important to us on this road trip with two vehicles. For what we paid I would expect better quality. I do not feel it was a good value at the price, but it was fine for one night on a road trip. The breakfast was excellent and the beds were comfortable for our family.

The staff and everybody work great but the first time I stayed there the conditioner didn't work in the bathroom The second time I stayed there the toilet just kept running no one ever came and fix it like they said every time I tried to go to the pool it was full of people the hot tub was full of people they have one pool one hot tub for seven floors of people it just wasn't big enough but the staff the kitchen the food everything else was great
