Way too noisy, room 128, something is wrong with the plumbing, not just in the room but everytime someone flushes the toilet in a nearby room there's a loud thud, the room is also right by the elevator so you'll hear that and people as well, just wasnt enjoyable, hard to sleep with all that noise... oh and the sink has a slow drain. The sofa bed felt uneven, laying in it felt like you were leaning back, like your feet were higher and kegs were angled up. I didnt enjoy it. Won't be back.

The air conditioning unit and ice machine made noise all night long rattled and made it impossible to sleep. There were roaches in the room that I believe were coming from the ice machine area. I asked for housekeeping to make the room up between my night stay and nothing was touched. Staff was rude just not what I come to expect when I stay at this hotel.

Very Nice, Highly Recommend!!

Incredibly friendly staff all around! To be honest, when I was booking a hotel, I was paranoid about possibly being disregarded or snubbed, being a group of young adults checking in before a concert--but the staff at this hotel was extremely welcoming. Very clean - Very generous amount of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in dispensers on the shower wall. The complimentary dinner and breakfast were also delicious :) 10/10 would recommend for anyone!!!

Unfortunately, I don't remember her name, but the lady the checked us in was EXCEPTIONAL! Wonderful attitude, was polite and clear speaking in explaining the benefits of staying with Drury Inn at Overland Park. She offered to sign us up for the rewards program and certainly made our stay a delight. Thank you to her, and we will certainly use Drury Inn for any future travels when available.

A comfortable stay, and an excellent location. We were traveling on our way to Oklahoma City and we were able to jump on the interstate and be in Kansas quickly, without having to drive through the city of Kansas City.
