Bad bed

We were in room #120. Its a handicap accessible room with a roll in shower. Everything was great except the king size bed. There were sunken pockets on each side of the bed like 350# people had been sleeping on it for years. I recently had an above the knee amputation and it was ridiculously hard to get out of the bed. It also gave us terrible back aches. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS EXCELLENT!!!

Everything was great, except the dinner the first night was lacking. The dishes were empty and no one was around to fill them, so we ate out. Everything else about the place was great!

We've been staying here for years and this time it is obvious there has been no investment. Staff was working as hard as they could but over the Labor Day weekend it was clear, one person for check in with a full hotel was rediculous. Poor staff. Hotel needs updating. Elevator was broken and rooms were not well cleaned with old furniture and bedding. Won't stay there again.

Nice place wi th h comfortable beds. The pool and hot tub are a big plus in considering where to stay. The breakfast food is plentiful.
