First room had a leak in the bathroom and floor was flooded. When desk attendant came to check she said she had to call the boss before being moved rooms. They did move us but she stated normally rooming moves is not allowed because they are extended stay and people just have to “deal” with the issues. The room was old and dingy. You had to pay for extra blankets. The only good thing about the stay was the shower.

Firstly, it took staff 30 minutes to get the door to open. Faulty handle. Once we got in the room, immediately realized that it wasn't the ADA room that we had reserved through Expedia. Hotel staff said that their correspondence received from you hadn't indicated an accessible room. Of course they didn't have an ADA room available for several days. We already had our luggage on a cart in the room and were tired from traveling, so decided to take the room anyway. An uncomfortable and potentially dangerous stay.

The property was very clean. I was there 10 days and requested my room to be cleaned half way through my stay and was told I would be put in the list. The room was never cleaned before I left. The neighbor was loud and I could hear everything. Overall for what it is I would stay there again.

Never again

This place really bad. Old carpet. Dirty filthy walls. Carpet was so nasty I never took me slippers off. The hallways smells so bad. I checked out early just to get out of there.
