Everything was amazing, EXCEPT the fact we couldn't control our heat. 4 degrees outside, the bed was next to a window that wasn't sealed very well and our heat was at 64 degrees. Called the main deck & they said they controlled it. He turned it up to 71 degrees. Woke up freezing in the the middle of the night and it was set on 64 degrees again. Had to call the front desk again to get them to turn it up so we could shower. In all my years of traveling this is a first. Guests should be able to control the temperature in their rooms.

Everything was very clean and check in and check out were very easy. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was typical hotel quality and options. Biggest complaints were that the crib did not come with any sheets and parking was $25 for one night. I understand that downtown parking can be a premium, but the lot wasn't even half full when we pulled in at midnight, so it seemed quite steep.

Walls are not soundproof at all. When the garbage collectors came I heard everything. It was at 6 am and for 20 minutes they were moving around the dumpsters. It sounded like they were destroying cars in the parking lot, thats how loud and annoying it was. If you can see the hotel parking lot from your room get a different room!!!!
