This hotel has went downhill!! Everytime me and my family in town we usually stays here. Oh not anymore unless there's changes. They only serve biscuits and gravy for breakfast toast and bagels and cereal. Toooo many homeless people living there making alot of noise all nights kids and babies crying, alot of people living in cars outside up walking threw out the day and night! The week was paid for or else we would've checked out i know we would've had trouble getting a refund!

To start the staff was what really made the stay the best. The heated pool was a great experience considering its winter. The original booking was a single queen; it was very small (minimum walk space around the bed) with water dripping issues in the bathroom. The staff was understanding that was an issue to which they switched us to a different room. The second room was two queens; it was nice, clean, had a decent amount of space to walk, great pressure in the shower, and was great.

Worst hotel stay of my life. The room was infested with roaches, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and the shower didn’t work at all. To make matters worse, the staff were extremely rude and completely dismissive when these issues were reported. Zero accountability, zero hospitality, and absolutely unacceptable conditions. Avoid this place at all costs.

The lobby smelled like marijuana when I went to check in and in roughly 30-40 mins, the 2nd floor did as well. I left for a couple hours and came back to the outside smelling of marijuana too. I packed and checked out. They offered to move me to the 3rd floor but at that point I wanted to leave as I’m asthmatic and my chest was hurting. The reception desk apologized for the “inconvenience” and I left. This was a smoke free hotel with signs everywhere advising on the cleaning fee cost for smoking in the hotel or your room yet they didn’t offer me anything but a sorry and to move to the 3rd floor (only had 3 floors), when the smell was simply rising throughout the hotel.
