The staff was very courteous. The room and hotel was very clean. The pool area was closed and one of the main reasons I booked this hotel was to use the hot tub. Very dissatisfied with that aspect.

I stayed for 5 nights and never received housekeeping service. I mentioned to staff twice and was essentially dismissed. The room was nice and the continental breakfast was good…unfortunately poor service from staff will prevent me from coming back.

Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was warm and functioning correctly. Breakfast choices were plentiful and we appreciated the fact that coffee and hot water were available after hours in the lobby. My only negative observation was that the carpeting thoughout the hotel seemed in need of a good shampoo but overall the hotel was clean.
