Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was clean except for hair ring in drain of shower. No complaints about anything else. You get what you pay for. Good deal fpr a short stay after a Chiefs game.

The sheets on the bed were dirty. I asked the front desk for new sheets, but I was told he didn't have access to clean laundry. There was also hair in one of the towels that were hanging on the rack in the bathroom. This is a place where displaced people live fulltime. Suites needs to be removed from the name. It should read Birch Hills Sanctuary for Prostitutes, Drug Dealers and the Indigent. I'm not judging anyone's profession. However, this is not a place for business travels. To top it off, there are 3 hotels within walking distance that are less expensive. This was not priced like a low in hotel.

Front desk staff was professional and informative. Room temp was controllable. Could have been cleaner. Refrigerator was not level and would rock when opening the door. Plenty of lighted parking.

This is a very dangerous area- do not stay here. Broken down cars in the parking lot. Front desk is not manned or open. Immediately upon arrival- lots of people milling around checking out our vehicle and us. Drug affected people in the parking area. We did not stay as it was a very bad situation.

Will never stay there a again. It has roaches, next to the interstate. I chose not to leave the room after it got dark to get supper because I didn't feel safe.

The day we checked it first off we were supposed to have a room with double beds got a call stating that they didn’t have any double bed rooms. So we ended up with two single rooms one room was the second to last room on the east side of the building and the other room was the last room on the east side of the building. Inconvenient to be away from the people we were staying with. The rooms were dirty, the one door had cooper wire sticking out of it. That didn’t feel safe. The lady was rude at the front desk. We walked around the rooms and decided that we were gonna go down and see about getting a refund because we were not gonna stay there. The lady at the desk said nope to the refund she was rude about it. We ended up going to a days inn and had better experience there. And we still never got our money back. We literally went to the rooms looked around and agree to go to different hotels

I never went to a room. As soon as i was handed my room keys befor i even left the office i gave them right back to the manager. Absolutely horrible woman, filthy horrible place, and she refused to give me a refund which was $349.84. She told me she couldnt refund my money but since i wasnt staying at all and had never went in the room she would leave a note and talk to her supervisor the next day and her supervisor could refund my money. NOPE And i disputed it with CHIME who denied the dispute do to lack of evidence. Since technically i checked in. This place is awfull, there are homeless people in the parking lot and on the stairs, drug needle in the parking lot, trash is overflowing (and someone digging through it) almost every trash can including the one by the office.a car with loud vulgar bass rap music out front of the office, people smoking weed, the manager was hanging out out front too with a cigarette in her mouth acting very unprofessional.The entire place was awful, i felt very uncomfortable, unsafe. And the room was rented out less than 24 hours later. But i paid for it for 5 nights, and was refused a refund. So they were paid twice for it im sure. I was approached on the way to my vehicle and asked if i "had a man", and if i had a cigarette by a very nasty man with a pint of whiskey in his hand and no teeth. I cant even imagine what the rooms look like. There is no other contact info anywhere for corporate, customer service, a supervisor etc. I want my money!
