First room, need bug infestation. We were moved to the opposite side of the building where I spent the next couple o of hours going over everything before feeling comfortable with the room. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was absolutely disgusting and clearly not cleaned properly. There were visible stains all over the sheets and even on the mattress itself, which made the room feel extremely unsanitary and uncomfortable. I did not feel comfortable sleeping there at all. The issues didn’t stop with the room. Breakfast was extremely limited, with very few options and poor quality overall. It was nothing like what was advertised. On top of that, the hotel was incredibly loud throughout the night, making it very difficult to rest or sleep. To make matters worse, several of the appliances in the room did not work properly, which added even more frustration to an already disappointing experience. For the price, this stay was completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere unless they want to deal with cleanliness issues, noise, and non-functioning amenities.
