The location to KU Med & price was our reason to book this hotel. We were pleased with the accommodations, room size was large, quiet, breakfast was ok & walking distance to a wonderful Mexican resturant. Yes it could use some upgrades but it worked for one night.

The room was clean. Linens felt fresh and clean too. Bed was soft, which I love. Walking distance to a great Mexican restaurant with great atmosphere and great food! Breakfast was fresh waffles, scrambled eggs, juice. The usual breakfast but still more than some offer. The price of the room was the best around the area. Glad I found it.

The staff is very rude and disrespectful rooms dirty housekeepers doesn't come towels dirty Linen on the bed was dirty parking area had homeless people just people hanging out it's not safe it's not well lit up in the parking lot the only good thing about this place was the breakfast that's it that's all they're overpriced and overrated terrible stay will not recommend to anyone
