Lovely friendly staff but that's it.

The pictures we saw on wot if wasnt the accomodation we received. The staff were Great. We got our allocated room and it stank like wet stale carpet. I requested a room change and even offered to pay for an upgrade. We were swapped to the room beside us. It didn't smell and was clean, the sheets on the bed were worn to the stage that they had the startings a of a hole, we could hear the neighbours tv, and the shower upstairs dripped most of the night. Wasn't a pleasant experience. Very old and dated. The next morning there was someone staying in our original room. We are travelling around Canada and only payed $7 less for this hotel than our others. This was very disappointing. We expected it to be like the photos we saw when we booked.
