This motel is a little gem. Obviously an older building that has been given a new life. The view from my room is amazing. The room is clean, pillows are great. Air conditioning worked great (34 degrees in Kamloops during my stay). This will be my go-to motel in Kamloops.

The A/C unit was very loud, switching on and off all night. The room did not have a window we could open up so we we're stuck with the noise. However, the swimming pool was a welcome surprise.

Happily surprised by how great The Vista is. Right off the bat the two young gentleman that were at the front when we checked in were absolutely terrific. Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Rooms have been renovated and are spotless and comfortable. Would definately stay here again

The stairwells to rooms are very dirty and need cleaning. The window in room also needed cleaning and the balcony railing was covered in bird poop. My last night there I was woken up at 11pm and was asked it I had ordered curry that wasn't very good. I hadn't ordered anything.

We were staying there with a large group. Our room had black thick hair all over it. The bedroom, bathroom, living room. The hair dryer had the same hair stuck all inside the black end. There was dried face cloth fall when I opened the shower curtain and had the same black hair dried up in it. Friends in another room had a bbq chicken carcouse left in their friends. This place is not cleaned properly at all. We will not be staying here again.
