When we arrived, we were informed that there was no hot water until 7pm (3 hour wait for a shower which we were happy to wait for)
7pm came around and there was still no hot water so my wife rang reception and she was informed it would be back on at 8pm. Same thing, no hot water at 8pm. We waited until 10pm and there was still no hot water. My wife got up during the night (around 2am) and still nothing!!!! Very disappointing as we are travelling from overseas and living out of our suitcases and all we wanted was a hot shower.
There was also a horrible noise coming from the service duct and we contacted reception about this also and there response was it was going to stop within the next 30 minutes and offered us ear plugs.
Cookies upon arrival were yummy though.
